pick up & shipping information

PICK UP & DELIVERY INFORMATION FOR LOCAL CUSTOMERS

Pick Up Location: 87 Cole Thomas Drive, Conception Bay South

 

For orders that require pick up if you have not been contacted, please text your name and order number to (709) 572-3387 to arrange to pick up. You will receive a response letting you know when your order will be available. All orders are available either the same day or the next business day for pick up.

Local Delivery will take place 1-2 business days after the order is placed for a fee to St. John's and surrounding areas. 

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

All orders being shipped are processed within 1-3 business days and have a flat rate fee of $15 with shipping provided by Canada Post.

  • The Lash & Brow Bar NL is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you experience anything of the sort, please contact us and we will try our best to resolve the issue. However, we will not provide a replacement for a lost package by Canada Post or any other courier and are not liable or held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the package has left our warehouse and is in the courier's possession. It is the courier's responsibility to reimburse for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you have received defective merchandise or an incorrect order and would like to exchange within 5 days of receiving your order, please send us a note with pictures of your order. Exchange requests submitted after 5 days are not guaranteed. The Lash & Brow Bar NL reserves the right to either replace the item or offer an in-store credit towards other products.

Due to health reasons and the nature of the product, The Lash & Brow Bar NL cannot accept exchanges on any opened products or products that appear to be used (including lash trays).

​

The Lash & Brow Bar NL does not provide refunds and all orders placed are to be exchanged only within 5 days after receipt for a replacement product or store credit. We reserve the right to replace the item or offer an in-store credit for other products. All customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges. The Lash & Brow Bar NL will not pay shipping costs or pick-up items, it is the customer's responsibility to pay to ship for an exchanged order.
